Lockdown has been tough, and at times I felt like I had no purpose, was uninspired and really worried about budget. Chatting to my friend Michele, from Gourmet Style, and realising I wasn’t alone, we knew there must be SOMETHING we could do to help others in a similar position.
So we took our food skill sets, some ingredients we had at home, cooking knowledge, budgets, an iPhone, laptop, and we came up with a plan.
A weekly recipe plan for families of 2 or 4.
Now you don’t have to worry about
What to cook,
What to buy,
How much it will cost,
And How to Cook it.
The recipes are good honest meals that are tasty, easy enough for anyone to try, and have a budget in mind.
How does it work?
Each Friday you will be sent a link with your weekly meal plan.
The plan has 5 main meal recipes + cool bonus recipes,
complete with step by step images, shopping lists and an estimated budget.
We have done our best to take advantage of seasonal produce, reduce wastage and include simple cooking hacks.
At the moment the meal plans are for meat eaters only although we are working on other plans for vegans and vegetarians.
We understand that times are tough but, to cover costs,
we are charging a nominal fee of R 35 per week or R99 per month.
With that in mind, if this is unaffordable please get hold of us on email or DM.
